Don’t look at me with those pouty marshmallows, condemning me for my turkey lust. Here: I will make a tea inspired by you, and maybe then I will get to enjoy some of your delicious flavors–
AFTER I have some turkey!
My wife makes a lime jello salad with lime jello, pineapple, and marshmallow every Thanksgiving. I’m pretty sure I still haven’t tasted it, but it sounded like a great group of flavors to combine with our awesome Chinese sencha green tea. Enjoy! And happy Thanksgiving!

Description: I love the buttery Chinese sencha we use to create most of our flavored green teas with, but occasionally I like to try starting with different base teas. This week, we’ve blended Chun Mee green tea with organic green cardamom pods, lemon peel, lemon myrtle, lemongrass, lemon balm and lemon verbena for a delicious lemony citrus treat with a nice cardamom kick. The aroma of this blend alone is at once soothing and invigorating. As a beverage, it seems to walk that line brilliantly. It’s amazing hot or iced. Be sure to get yours today. She likes to throw out ideas, and most of the time, I say, “Nah,” which irritates her to no end. “Why do you ask my opinion if you never listen to it?” Well, wifey of mine, I do listen. I don’t always act immediately, but I do consider everything you say.
So, here, for my lovely wifey, is a gunpowder green tea blended with almond slivers and freeze-dried cherries. I love you, Sheri.

Description: Have you ever stopped to enjoy the cool quiet of an old cemetery on a fall evening? Ever stayed to watch the evening mist roll in? Maybe stayed overnight on a dare and found yourself waking in the wet grass to the vision of sunlight slipping through the vanishing mist?
Me either, but that’s kind of what this tea reminds me of.
Part Chinese sencha, part Yun Wu (Cloud Mist), with marshmallow root, spearmint and natural marshmallow, spearmint and a hint of malt flavors, this is a smooth, silky experience with the sweet pique of spearmint subdued and made ghost-like–subtle, but haunting.
Ingredients: Premium Green Teas, marshmallow root, spearmint, natural flavors.
