I decided I’d give a go to a tea infused alcoholic drink

After googling around I found a recipe

1 oz chai tea
2 oz spiced rum
splash orange juice
splash sour mix

I made some masala chai from radiance tea house, 2 cups water and 4 teaspoons tea – steeped for 5 minutes

The end result tasted like orange burning
I added more OJ and sour mix
still icky
added more chai
still icky

trashed the whole mess

I’ll keep experimenting until I find something good.
